SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination and order contents.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $99 or more after discounts and before taxes.

FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS

TAC Apparel Company fulfills orders from both Santa Cruz, California and Maui, Hawaii. Depending on product availability, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Customers will not be charged additional shipping when an order is divided into multiple shipments by TAC.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout begin after an order has been processed. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information after their order leaves our facility. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

PREORDERS

Products marked as preorder will include an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page. If preorder and in-stock items are purchased together, the complete order may ship when the preorder item becomes available unless otherwise stated.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@tacapparel.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@tacapparel.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
